Usually, the answer is yes! I will accept most items for embroidery, but unfortunately I cannot accept irreplaceable or heirloom items. 

Due to the custom nature of most items I sell, I do not accept returns. However, if you have a problem with your purchase, pleast contact me immediately at hello(at)cheeryandchic.com so I can help!

Purchases are shipped via USPS first-class mail. At checkout, you can choose to upgrade your shipping. I package all items with care so they can make it to you as beautifully as they left my house!
