Melissa accepts customer-provided items for custom embroidery, with the exception of heirloom or irreplaceable items. 

Process: Review the price list below. Add to your cart the type of item you will be bringing to Melissa for embroidery, and enter the details in the personalization questions. Remember you must provide the item(s) to be embroidered. After receiving your order, Melissa will reach out to you to coordinate drop-off of your item(s) for embroidery.

Pricing Info: This is base pricing for personalization only when items are provided by customer (pricing does not include applique - additional fees for applique designs.)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Embroidered items should be washed on a cold, delicate cycle, and laid flat to dry. Use a hot iron for wrinkles.

Due to the custom nature of embroidered items, we cannot offer returns, but please contact us if you have a problem with your purchase.
